Mr. Gholson holds Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and a Masters of Science of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has over 30 years of experience in social service positions. These positions include full time employment at Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch, Methodist Children’s Home, Camp Fire, Inc., West Texas Boys Ranch and Brookhaven Youth Ranch. He has served in positions of President, Division Director, Director of Social Services, Social Worker and Child Care Worker.

Mr. Gholson reports to the Gulf Coast Trade Center Board of Directors and is administratively responsible for the overall operations and management of Gulf Coast according to the policies set by the board. He directly supervises the managerial positions of the agency.
